Opening of the Wawasan Open University marks a New era for PartY Gerakan, as Gerakan has step ahead to serve the people of Malaysia who has miss the opportunity of higher education earlier. A totally new concept of higher learning (extented of life-long leaning in a more formal manner).

Opening by PM, Pak-Lah, and attended by guests and members from the whole country. The main campus has start operating with a total of 1600 students.

Gerakan is always providing its services to the Rakyat Malaysia and with Rakyat Malaysia we grow....

宏愿开放大学将领着民政党迈进另一个新里程碑. 民政党创新的办学理念让早期错过进入高等教育大门的马来西亚国民有一个崭新的机会. 这种新概念的学习方式, 把传统的终生学习附上了正式的学府/学术认证.

由我国首相Pak-Lah荣重开幕的槟城总校也正式启用. 来至全马各地的嘉宾,党员们见证了马来西亚高等教育的新纪元. 目前已拥有1600位学生.

宏愿大学是一间非盈利的大学. 宏愿开放大学目前提供,文凭,学士,硕士课程. 由于这是一个全民的学府, 秉着轻易承担(学费), 伸缩性(时间)及高素质的教育宗旨将为马来西亚国民带来好处.

宏愿大学的成立更显出民政党"与民同进"的决心.

2008-01-14 (GERAKAN PARTY ELECTION)

Gerakan CC has postponed this year Party Election to 2009 to make WAY for the expected General Election(2008?).That's one of the reason, according to Acting President Tan Sri Kho TK, the Centre working committee wanted all party to serve the community and work harder. and we are confident to earn more support from the residents.

Is always my dream and  interest to know the History of things that related to me. As a member of Gerakan, maybe I could do my part in compiring the old documents and gather bit by bit to draw up the path that our senior have gone thru.

i'm not a professional writer, nor historian, but I think maybe I could just do my very best to start this part. I hope that one day, we could have the record of thier works.

Our leaders and members had done so much to take us to the place we are today. I hope that I could contribute a little to the part of the history of Gerakan in johor.

My work kick-off from today. Started from History of Pulai. and I aim to finish the first part within 2 1/2 years. Old photo  and past document will be collected; senior leaders and members will be interviewed. and the final write-out should be able to completed in 2010.

i do hope that all senior leaders and members could help to facilitate the work.

元老们的努力，造就并带领我们到达今天的稳健。历史始终是我的兴趣， 我不是作家，更不是历史学家， 但我相信我还是能为我党的史记出一点微薄的力量。

在时间的长流中， 前辈们为我们打下的基础，比在不同的点上留下痕迹，惟有不断的收集和整理，才能把前辈用汗泪换来的成就保留下来，而不只是在大家的片刻记忆罢了！对前辈们的肯定和贡献， 作出应有的回报， 也许就是对党的一点贡献。

我们不敢讲要写史，而只是尽力留下一些记录， 让后辈能了解，让前辈能欣慰， 那就足够了！

我相信在 2年半 可以完成这初步的构思。将从收集旧相片和文件开始，并作党员访问。希望全柔的云老能相助，让这一部分的记录早日完成。衷心地感谢并期望“工作”顺利完成。

On 2008-01-03 also the first day of schooling, BN Pulai lead by MP Datuk Nur Jazlan Bin Tan Sri Mohammed, together with the Minister of Natural Resources & Environemt have a site visit at Sungai Skudai, the purpose of the visit is to have a better understand of the Drainage systems around PULAI, which according to YB Dato' seri Azmi Bin Khalid (Minister), the center of IDR(Isdandar development Region). Under RM9, millions of ringgit (RM900m) is allocated to treat three rivers at IDR (Sg Skudai, sg Tebrai & Sg Segget), which Sg Segget is AWARDED as the MOST Polluted river in Malaysia.

With the assistant and help from Danga Bay, JPS,Polis Marin wilayah selatan, this trip will bring a big impact on the Pulai as huge amount of Ringgit will be spended and un-limited bussiness opportunity created.

２００８－０１－０３，也是学校开学的第一天，国阵蒲来区部在主席／国会议员拿督佳士兰的领导下，随同天然资源／环境部长拿督阿芝敏巡视士古来河。目的是为了了解蒲来区内的排水系统，除了河道的清洁，也要了解治水的方法，以预防年复一年的水灾。蒲来区是处于ＩＤＲ（南马经济发展区）的中心，所以中央政府非常重视这个区域的发展，　如果蒲来区无法保持优异的环境，那整个发展区将无法吸引到外资的兴趣。

在第九大马计划下，政府拨出９０忆马币治理南马三大河道（Ｓｇ　Ｓｋｕｄａｉ，　Ｓｇ　Ｔｅｂｒａｕ及Ｓｇ　Ｓｅｇｇｅｔ）。而　位在新山市区（蒲来）的Ｓｇ　Ｓｅｇｇｅｔ更是全马最污染的河，曾几何时，这是一条繁忙的通商水道。

这次的实地考察在多个部门及团体协助下将为本区带来重大的改变，并将创造出无限的商机。
